The Ingredients that have no measurement just put in as much as you want.
2 small cans salmon (boneless is best)
4 heaping tablespoons of Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 drop mustard
1 celery stick
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
2-3 tablespoons pickle relish
rolls or bread.
medium size bowl
Open and drain salmon. Put it into the mixing bowl. Add Miracle Whip, pickle relish, and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Cut up celery, boiled eggs, and red onion. Add. Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until cold.
Best served with:
pretzels and grape tomatoes or other vegetables.
Serve on rolls or bread.
