Salmon Salad

I made this recipe up myself.
The Ingredients that have no measurement just put in as much as you want.

Salmon Salad:
Ingredients:
2 small cans salmon (boneless is best)
4 heaping tablespoons of Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
1 drop mustard
red onion
1 celery stick
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
2-3 tablespoons pickle relish
rolls or bread.

Optional:
grape tomatoes
pretzels

Utensils :
spatula (optional)
medium size bowl
spoon
cutting board
knife
can opener

How:
Open and drain salmon. Put it into the mixing bowl. Add Miracle Whip, pickle relish, and mustard. Mix thoroughly. Cut up celery, boiled eggs, and red onion. Add. Mix thoroughly.  Refrigerate until cold.
Serves 4.
Best served with:
pretzels and grape tomatoes or other vegetables.

Serve on rolls or bread.

 Or eat it plain.

Enjoy!

  4. We often make tuna salad that is similar to this and I've wondered if salmon would work too. I'll definitely have to try it!
