Momma's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream the following together in a large bowl:
1 1/3 cups of butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
Add:
2 eggs, beaten
 Beat until fluffy.

In another bowl, combine:

Combine in another bowl:
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda

Add to wet ingredients and mix just until combined.

Add:  
12 oz chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 9-11 minutes depending on whether you like them soft or crispy.

  1. Yummy! My girls recently discovered that you can replace brown sugar for powdered sugar, and wow, SO good!

  3. Oh your mom is raising you right Amy. Any gal that can bake a delicious chocolate chip cookie will find a way into a man's heart. lol! I know that you are too young to care about that now, but someday that will change. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
